ROBBIE BYRNE - BAGPIPER
Robbie Byrne is a former Scots Guards bagpiper.
He won the All-England under sixteen piping championships at age 15, plus
won other competitions while serving with the guards.
He has performed for the Queen of England during state visits.
Has appeared on BBC Television shows, plus Scottish TV, Granada TV, BBC (British) Radio and American radio & TV.
Performed for the world famous band, the "Bay City Rollers."
Performed at the Edinburgh Tattoo.
Performed at the Queen's Birthday and trooping the colour parades,.
He played at King Edward XIII's Royal Funeral.
Did Royal Remembrance performances in London at the cenotaph.
Performed at the famous Albert Hall, the Festival Hall, Earls Court, Wembley Stadium, Wembley Arena.
Performed at many Celtic, folk and traditional music festivals in Scotland, Ireland, England, Europe, Canada and America.
He also performs at funerals, weddings and social functions.
Has recorded four music albums. Robbie also plays and teaches Bagpipes, Uilleann (Irish) pipes and penny whistles.
