BIOGRAPHY
Robbie Byrne is a former Scots Guards piper and has performed for the Queen of England during state visits at Buckingham Palace, London. He has performed at Celtic, folk and traditional music festivals in Scotland, Ireland, England, Europe, Canada and America, and also performs at funerals, weddings and social functions. He has also recorded three music albums. Robbie also plays and teaches Bagpipes, Uilleann (Irish) pipes and penny whistles. BOOKS
Robbie won the BBC Playwright of the year award for his stage play Night-Swimming and has had radio and stage plays performed and broadcast in England and the USA. He is the author of three published books, Mulligan's Pennies, Night-Swimming, and Smile (See Robbie's Books link above). Robbie is married and resides in California.
